We are excited about our plans to re-model the Centre and would welcome your comments. The plans and sketches will be on display.
No need to book just pop in between 10am and 4pm on those Fridays and we will give you the tour and there will be complimentary tea or coffee and a slice of cake!

Our story...
The Precinct Centre proudly celebrated 25 years of service to the senior citizens of St. Marychurch & Torquay in October 2022. We secured the resources to build our esteemed Community Centre through numerous successful fundraising events and generous donations. An enthusiastic committee of volunteers efficiently manages the Centre. Additionally, committed member volunteers run our kitchen, offering refreshments for members & visitors, and tend to our small garden. Currently, the annual membership fee stands at £10. There is a charge of £1 for each activity attended to cover our daily running costs. At various times throughout the year we provide professionally cooked set meals for members @ reasonable prices.
